Opening Your Third Eye Chakra

 

The third eye chakra is your 6th energy center and it has everything to do with vision, creativity, foresight and being connected to your higher power.  After you have cleared the root, sacral, solar plexus, heart, throat and third eye chakra you will come to see things a little clearer although you might still be doubting in your own abilities. 

 

The good news is that you don’t have to do it alone.  You can rely and count on the loving guidance of the universe to help you co-create the life you truly want.  Once you have owned your truth, used your voice and cleared the blockages from the lower regions of your body it is now time to connect with the higher realms.


If you have a blockage in your third eye chakra you will experience many different symptoms but masking it will only numb the pain. We must do some digging to get to the root cause or the problem and for many it’s a long standing resentment or built up anger that is preventing the flow of good positive energy. 

 

If you have an imbalance here are some of the signs and symptoms to look out for:

Fearful and scared to make a move forward

Feelings of depression, anger, frustration, grief, guilt, and shame
